Practical digitalization for small businesses

I take the manual work off your plate.

I automate Excel, reports and repetitive processes, and build websites that do more than just look nice. Fewer hours lost, fewer errors, data that updates itself.

How many hours does your team lose copying data between spreadsheets?

Many small businesses still handle invoices, reports and bookings by hand: copy-pasting, consolidating files, repeating the same report every week. That time isn't billable, doesn't scale, and is exactly where errors creep in.

The real cost

A manual process taking 2h/week adds up to ~100h a year. At €25/h of internal cost, that's over €2,500 a year on tasks that could be automated in days.

Automation and data

Every Monday you lose 2 hours consolidating files by hand.

I automate Excel, reports and dashboards so that data gets gathered, cleaned and displayed by itself. You review the result, you don't have to build the report.

What I automate

Reports and dashboards

Recurring reports (weekly, monthly) and dashboards in Power BI or Excel that update automatically with your data.

Cleaning and consolidation

I unify scattered files (Excel, CSV, exports from your ERP/CRM) into a single reliable data source, with no manual intervention.

Integrations

I connect the tools you already use (email, spreadsheets, databases) so information flows without anyone having to move it by hand.

Macros and scripts

VBA, Power Query and Python for repetitive tasks: document generation, automatic sending, data validation.

Use cases by industry

Accounting and consulting firms

Automatic consolidation of statements and invoices from several clients into a single monthly report, with no copy-pasting.

Logistics and distribution

Order and stock tracking dashboard that updates itself from the files your ERP already generates.

Clinics and service centers

Weekly report on occupancy, billing and patient admissions/discharges generated automatically every Monday.

Websites that do something

You don't need another standard corporate website.

Most small business websites are a digital brochure: pretty, static, and they don't take work off anyone's hands. I build websites with real functionality, connected to what you already do.

The difference between a standard website and one that does something

Standard website

Static "about us" and "services" pages. It has to be edited by hand every time something changes. It doesn't reduce a single manual task.

Website that does something

It automates a specific task: booking, checking, paying or reporting. It updates itself and reduces real work for your team.

Functionality examples

Bookings and appointments

Your clients book directly from the website, with automatic confirmation and no back-and-forth calls or messages.

Client portal

A private space where your clients see their order status, download documents or check their history, without you having to send anything by hand.

Website connected to data

Catalog, prices or availability that update themselves from your spreadsheet or management system, without touching code every time.

How I work

Three ways to get started, depending on what you need.

No surprises: you know upfront what you'll pay and what you'll get.

Initial audit

Free

A 30-minute session to identify where you're losing the most time and what to automate or build first.

  • Diagnosis of your current processes
  • Prioritized recommendation of actions
  • No commitment

One-off project

From €300

Fixed price for a specific automation, dashboard or website. We define it together before starting.

  • Scope and price agreed upfront
  • Delivered in days, not months
  • Documentation of what's delivered

Monthly maintenance

From €100 /month

For when what's been built needs to evolve: new reports, tweaks or ongoing support.

  • Support and improvement hours included
  • Priority on requests
  • Cancel whenever you want

Why it works this way

The audit is free because before charging you I want to be sure I can save you real time, not sell you technology for the sake of it.

The project is a fixed price because you need cost predictability, not open-ended hourly invoices.

Maintenance is monthly because what we automate is alive: your data, your tools and your needs keep changing.

About me

I understand the business problem and the technical solution.

I'm not a generic agency selling websites and automations. I come from the business side: I've lived through the manual processes I now help eliminate.

Financial background

Financial risk and compliance manager in banking, with over 7 years of experience and the CEFA certification (Certified European Financial Analyst). I've worked in investment management and in control, reporting and risk analysis processes in environments where mistakes have a real cost.

Technical background

Automation with VBA, Power Query, Python and databases; dashboards in Power BI; full-stack development with Next.js and Firebase. I apply the same analytical rigor from banking to building digital tools.

How I connect both worlds

I come from the business side. I've lived through manual reports, repetitive controls and spreadsheets that break with one mistyped value. I know which process is worth automating and which isn't.

I speak the language of risk. In banking, a reporting error has real consequences. I apply that same rigor to every automation: traceability, error control and verifiable data.

I build the solution myself. I don't translate your need to an external technical team: I understand it and implement it directly, end to end.

Unified reporting for management

The problem

Every department submitted data in a different format. Management manually consolidated 6 Excel files each month — hours of work and a constant risk of error.

The solution

VBA macros with standardised templates per department. Each area fills in their sheet and the consolidated management report is generated automatically, with a consistent visual layout.

From ~4h monthly to automatic generation in minutes.

Financial sector

Automated letter generation and email dispatch

The problem

Sending personalised client communications meant drafting each letter by hand, saving PDFs in separate folders, and sending them one by one through Outlook.

The solution

A macro that, from a client database and Word templates, generated PDFs automatically, filed them in the correct path with a centralised log, and sent them via Outlook in a single process.

A batch of 50 letters went from half a day's work to under 10 minutes.

Banking

External accounting entries for collateral operations

The problem

Batch cycles in the management system interrupted real-time accounting of collateral operations, creating mismatches that required manual reconciliation.

The solution

An external Excel/VBA system that captured and recorded collateral accounting entries outside the batch cycle, ensuring full traceability without depending on the main system's processing windows.

Zero registration interruptions. Manual reconciliation eliminated.

Asset management

Operations aggregator for third-party files

The problem

Third parties sent operations files in different formats and structures. Before uploading them to the management system, someone manually reorganised them into the required format.

The solution

An aggregator macro that read the various input formats, validated and transformed the data, and produced the standard file ready to import directly into the management system.

Operations loading from ~1h manual work to under 5 minutes, with no formatting errors.

Investment management

Financial asset screening tool

The problem

Asset screening was done manually: downloading data from Bloomberg and Morningstar separately, combining them across different sheets and applying criteria by eye. The process was slow, hard to reproduce and prone to omissions.

The solution

A macro that automatically aggregates data from multiple information providers, applies a configurable scoring model across assets and generates a structured, visual output with the top candidates according to the defined criteria.

Reproducible and traceable screening process. Analysis time cut to a fraction of the original.

Investment banking

File generation for regulatory reporting

The problem

Monthly regulatory reporting required consolidating data from multiple sources and databases, transforming it into the official format required by the supervisory authority and verifying its integrity before submission. Everything was done manually, with risk of error and tight deadlines.

The solution

A macro that collects information from all internal sources, applies the required transformations and validations, and automatically generates the files in the official format, ready to submit to the regulatory authority.

Regulatory reporting without manual intervention. Zero formatting errors in submissions.
